The portfolio of 19 October, and where the website changes

Source: Keyrus AI Portfolio, draft for review, 19 October 2026 (owners Koen, Christophe, Brahim), presented on 19 October as the starting point for the website copy. Compared here with what this plan shows today. Nothing in the plan has been changed yet.

02 · Menu · Services and the Services page

The Loop gets its final names

Names agreed on 19 October, pending review by native English speakers. The line under each stage is the deliverable the portfolio gives for it.

03 · Menu · Industries

Thirteen industries: five new, two renamed

One list for every geography, the website and every offer card. Business functions do not move: the same eight, same names.

04 · Capabilities menu and capability pages

Four categories, each with a question and 25 capabilities under them

A capability belongs to the category whose question it answers. The question opens each capability page and the list replaces today’s one-line description. Christophe asked for Harness engineering to be very explicit.

Data & AI Foundations
Can people and AI use the data and the knowledge?
was Data Foundations
  • AI-ready data platforms & cloud
  • Data integration & pipelines
  • Data products & semantic layer
  • Knowledge graphs & retrieval
  • Master data, quality & observability
  • Harness engineering
AI & Agentic Systems
What does the system do, alone or with people?
  • AI use cases & proofs of value
  • Agents & agentic workflows
  • Assistants & copilots
  • Document & content processing
  • Predictions inside a process
  • AI platforms & operations
Decision & Performance
What do we decide, and did it pay off?
  • Self-service analytics & dashboards
  • Decision intelligence & forecasting
  • Planning, budgeting & EPM
  • Profitability & scenario models
  • Intelligent process improvement
  • Digital experience
  • Value measurement
Trust & Governance
Who may do what, under which rules?
  • Human & agent decision rights
  • AI governance, risk & compliance
  • Data governance & stewardship
  • Data protection & cybersecurity
  • Sovereign AI & data residency
  • FinOps & cost control

Harness engineering is what a model needs around it at one client (context, tools, access). The Harness is the reusable IP across clients, shown on the Technologies page. Cybersecurity gets its own line in Trust & Governance, which answers the open call “cybersecurity by design”.

05 · The sixteen drafted pages

Two outcomes renamed on every page, five pages to write

The five outcomes of the industry and function pages become the portfolio’s five client challenges. Action levers stay as drafted.

Capability tags under each outcome also read “Data Foundations” and move to “Data & AI Foundations”. The drafted Consumer Goods and Energy & Utilities pages can carry over to CPG and Energy, checked against the narrower scope (Luxury now has its own page).

06 · Taxonomy and offer card

From four facets to six filters

Every offer, on the website and in the decks, uses the same 11-field card. Six fields are website filters. The two new ones need a field on every use case, story and offer in Contentful before release, or the listings come up empty.

Plus the six filter fields. The offer lead is one named person who keeps the card current.

A use case becomes a customer story at first delivery, and a packaged offer once met at 3 clients, with 1 customer story, 1 named offer lead and a Prove decision to replicate.

07 · HOM page and homepage block

Each layer gets a question, a promise and a maturity scale

Same three layers, same names (L1 now in the singular). The white tag on each layer shows what changes on the page.

L3
Performance Steering

Agents move up. Today L1 reads “data and agents”; in the portfolio, agent runtime and orchestration are built under Human in Command.
Proof figures, to decide. The plan shows $5M+, 100 % ROI and 12 % under the layers. The portfolio’s HOM pages carry none, and a story quotes only results measured at Prove.

On the homepage, the four capability cards take the new first name, and the plan’s line “the Loop: Diagnose · Activate · Orchestrate · Prove, crossed with 5 business outcomes” takes the new stage and challenge names.

08 · Technologies, customer stories, key figures

Two smaller changes, and one set of figures to pick

RefreshTechnologies page

40 partner engines placed under the four categories: 12 in Data & AI Foundations, 10 in AI & Agentic Systems, 10 in Decision & Performance, 8 in Trust & Governance. Five ways we work with technology.

The “Keyrus accelerators” card becomes our own assets and the Harness, six bricks of reusable IP. Some partners are local to a country: how to show them is open.

New ruleCustomer stories

A story quotes only results measured at Prove, never a figure before Advise has set the baseline. Named or anonymised, always with the client’s agreement.

The shared template stays: the client logo still shows only with authorisation.
