05 · Change management

Who has to learn what before December 3rd

Proposal, to validate. Three groups use the site's tools; each one gets a short guide and a hands-on session before release.

SubsidiariesPublish their local entries in Contentful: country page, news, events, campaigns, offices. A CMS account limited to their own country, to check in section 03.Proposed

For everyone at Keyrus

  • The new menu, the Loop names and where each offer now sits
  • Redirects from the old URLs are planned, so links already shared keep working

Launch communication

  • The group communication plan is being rebuilt around the website release

Requests after launch · proposed

  • One form for every request, in ClickUp (being set up); each requester sees the status of their own request
  • Where a country has a local marketer, requests go through them, so duplicates merge before they reach the team
  • One shared list at the start, so everyone sees what is already flagged; the form takes over after
  • Bugs are fixed first; features are planned
