The portfolio of October 23rd, and where the website changes
Source: Keyrus AI Portfolio, draft 5, October 23rd, 2026 (27 pages, seven parts), the starting point for the website copy. Compared here with the site as built and with the portfolio of October 19th. The website stays on the menu approved on September 18th; part 7 proposes additions to it, for the group to validate.
Thirteen surfaces move, four wait for a decision

The Loop gets its final names
Names updated on October 23rd. The line under each stage is the deliverable the portfolio gives for it. The preprod still shows Advise, Implement, Operate: Implement becomes Build and Prove is a new page.

Any way of working can cover any step of the Loop: the Loop describes the work, the way of working describes the contract. Multi-skilled profiles on site, near-shore and off-shore. The squad roles stay internal.
Thirteen industries: five new, three renamed
One list for every geography, the website and every offer card. Business functions keep the same eight; Tax as a ninth is proposed in part 7.
Energy & Utilities keeps its name in draft 5 (the version of October 19th shortened it to Energy).
Four areas, same names, 24 capabilities under them
Data Foundations keeps its name (the version of October 19th renamed it). Six capabilities are added to the corporate list: agents, harness engineering and decision rights for HOM and the Loop; process improvement, digital experience and FinOps from the Belgian offer. Every one is delivered through the Loop.

One outcome renamed, three pages renamed, five to write
On the 16 reviewed pages
Sharpen decision advantage becomes Sharpen Decisions on every page. The four other outcomes keep their wording: Accelerate Growth, Improve Profitability, Manage Risk & Transform, Build Adaptability. Action levers and the “Data Foundations” tags stay as drafted.
Banking / FSI becomes Banking; the drafted Consumer Goods page becomes CPG, checked against its narrower scope now that Luxury has its own page. Agriculture becomes Agribusiness, confirmed on October 27th. Life Sciences & Healthcare becomes Life Science, asked by its expert on October 28th.
Five pages to write, wave 2
Life Science, Luxury, Transport & Logistics, Public Sector, Non-profit Organizations. Short format, high level, starting documents shared on October 23rd. Proposed: after release, each page live once its content is ready.
From four facets to six filters
Every offer, on the website and in the decks, uses the same 11-field card. Six fields are website filters. The two new ones need a field on every use case, story and offer in Contentful before release, or the listings come up empty.
Website filters
The six personas
Offer page fields
Plus the six filter fields. The offer lead is one named person who keeps the card current.
A use case becomes a customer story at first delivery, and a packaged offer once met at 3 clients, with 1 customer story, 1 named offer lead and a Prove decision to replicate.
Each layer gets a question and a maturity scale
Same three layers, same names. Every engagement scores a business domain on the three layers before and after, so progress is measured, not claimed.
Maturity grid · new on the page
The whole company
On the homepage, the Loop line takes Advise · Build · Operate · Prove and the five challenge names.
Three page refreshes, and one set of figures to use everywhere
RefreshTechnologies page
44 partners in the corporate presentation V2 (46 tiles, IBM and Semarchy shown twice): 14 in Data Foundations, 10 in AI & Agentic Systems, 14 in Decision & Performance, 8 in Trust & Governance. Five ways we work with technology, the last one being our own assets.
The Harness: six bricks (orchestration, method, skills and models, proof and REX, governance, teams), each half proven by Keyrus, half built with the client. Some partners are local to a country: how to show them is open.
New ruleCustomer stories
One base of achievements per client, told for every audience: sales, keyrus.com, partner portals, CVs and proposals. A story quotes only results measured at Prove, never a figure before Advise has set the baseline. Named or anonymised, always with the client’s agreement.

Portfolio · draft 5
One set on every page of the site. For the About page, draft 5 adds four awards (EcoVadis Platinum, CyberVadis Gold, Forbes Best Management Consulting Firms, Anaplan Trailblazer Partner of the Year) and five promises: data and AI since 1996, we actually deliver, pragmatic by design, one squad from start to finish, agile specialist with global reach.
38 EPM offerings, and three menu additions to decide
New in draft 5. Keyrus EPM mapped its offerings on the group dimensions: 25 core offerings, 9 solutions and 4 AI agents, grouped into six families (finance planning, consolidation and close, tax and statutory reporting, sales performance, supply chain planning, workforce planning). The portfolio proposes changes to the approved menu, for the group to validate.
| Proposal in draft 5 | What it adds to the site | Effect on the December 3rd release |
|---|---|---|
| Challenges as a new group in What we do | Five challenge pages, each opening on its levers, then the offers | No screen exists; a new template or a reuse to define |
| Tax as a 9th business function | One more function page and filter value | A page to write and review |
| One offer page reached from five doors | About 25 offer pages; solutions and agents shown inside each offer | A new template, and offer content for each |
| Four more fields on the offer card | Problem solved, outcomes, proven in (public), applies to (internal) | New Contentful fields, filled by offer owners |
| Wider labels, no new dimension | Commercial persona covers CMO, CSO, sales and revenue operations; one primary challenge per offer | Filter values in Contentful |
Proposed by the website team: the menu stays as approved for December 3rd, and Challenges, Tax and the offer pages come after release, once validated. Decision 7 of the Shift view.
