Six changes since October 19th

Templates by November 6th, content by November 13th, go / no-go on November 20th

Proposed dates, one owner per step. The plan of September 24th had an alpha on October 9th; the templates took longer, so the tests now run on the final content from November 16th.

Each page is reviewed by its expert in content-web; the website team then loads it into the CMS.

Quality rule: a page goes live when it is factually right, and grows after release. Each expert sets their own status; a second check is to decide. Experts work in content-web; what is left to write, and by whom: Content.
